PWHC- (Primary Wholistic Health Care) serves provisions for your organizations' & individual codes of practice, ethics, professional practice and Supervision Wholistic/Holistic Spiritual Energy Healers, Spiritual Counsellors, Care Workers and Support Workers will all be effected by a legislation to ensure (as it already is for 'primary 'health care professionals') a good conduct and ethical practice. This will ensure supervision for professional practice where an objective stance can be shared. Universal Learning does not run a service to make money, we raise money to run our service - Every 10 client hours 1 hours supervision is proposed, addressing the client/consultant ethical and professional conduct protocol - so that when and if accountability comes to call as it does already for professionals across the board, you will be treated as such and will have a program of supervision in place that supports your practice.
The costs in the mainstream for complementary counselling, healing sessions and supervisions are moderately the same across the board. Ranging from a session that can cost you £15 to £120 pounds an hour (depending on the level of marketing consultation) The supervision exchange then would be (and is for primary health care workers presently) every 8 client hours and will cost between £15 and £120 for 1 hours 'supervision' (again depending on your marketing level) This will validate your work and cover you for professional conduct and ethical practice .. Insurance is an independent issue.

Explored and investigated by the 'secretary of state' deemed officially a 'not for profit' organization - no capital gain . We accept donations on what you think that our support is worth. Thus raising each others energy and the funds to train new on line volunteers to work at a professional and ethical levels
Professional observation, support validation is what you will receive in supervision from us. You will not take your client information to supervision -you take you! Meaning you do not have to divulge the clients identity or confidential issues to your supervisor - us). unless you feel that there are exceptional circumstance for both you and or your client . Your supervision partnership with us here at Universal Learning will refer you to an appropriate professional body.
Donations for such supervision can be suited to your exchange with clients. Funds raised will be generated back into Universal Learning improving our facilities, projects, new talent and skills. Integral and congruent negotiation will be accepted. So for example, if you exchange £15 pounds for your client sessions then that's what you will donate to our not for profit fund - once every 10 client hours facilitation/exchange that you do. If you exchange for £120 then you will exchange that amount for supervision of 10 hours 'work'. Thus this level of supervision and professional support becomes integral
Universal Learning wants to make sure that every one has the opportunity to access and share the benefits of 21st Century networking, making sure that extortionate amounts of money are not exchanged for counselling and healing.
