I am supervised by a support team and I have individual supervision engaging with 3 over seer's (external moderators) that keep an objective stance. Explored and investigated by the 'secretary of state' 2004 and deemed officially a 'not for profit' organization - no capital gain . We accept donations on what you think that our 'work' is worth. Thus raising each others energy and the funds to train new on line volunteers to work at a professional and ethical levels
Every 8 client hours 1 hour supervision is proposed addressing ethical and conduct issues - so that when and if accountability comes to call, as it does already for professionals across the board, you will be treated as such and will have a program of supervision in place.
The costs in the mainstream for complementary counselling, healing sessions and supervisions are moderately the same across the board. Ranging from a session that can cost you £20 to £120 pounds an hour (depending on the level of marketing consultation) The supervision exchange then would be (and is for primary health care workers presently) every 8 client hours and will cost between £20 and £120 for 1 hours 'supervision' (again depending on your marketing level) This will validate your work and cover you for professional conduct and ethical practice ..

Why choose Universal learning as your supervision model? Professional observation and support is what you will receive in supervision from us here at Universal Learning. You will not take your client information to supervision -you take you! Meaning you do not have to divulge the clients identity or confidential issues to your supervisor. Unless you feel that there are exceptional circumstance for your client or any one that they interact with. Your supervision partnership with us here at Universal Learning would then discuss referring to the appropriate professional body. Usually a call to Social Services, the police or other similar bodies depending on what the situation is.
The donation for such supervision can be suited to your exchange with clients. All funds raised will be generated back into Universal Learning improving our facilities, projects, new talent and skills. Integral and congruent negotiation will be accepted. So for example, if you exchange £20 pounds for your client sessions then that's what you will donate to Universal learning our not for profit fund - once every 8 client hours facilitation/exchange that you do. If you exchange for £120 then you will exchange that amount for supervision. The level of integral supervision and professional support you will receive will be exchanged at that hourly rate
Universal Learning wants to make sure that every one has the opportunity to access and share the benefits of 21st Century networking, making sure that extortionate amounts of money are not exchanged for counselling and healing. It just does not feel right to be paying extortionate amounts for healing and learning support in any way. Universal Learning re-invests any incomings/donations back into improving our facilities training projects, new talents and skills for volunteers
